What Our Families Are Saying
My mother, Jeanne Moore, moved into Orchard Heights this past September. She was diagnosed with dementia in January 2020. The staff at Orchard Heights has made all the difference for my peace of mind and for my mothers well-being. In particular, Theresa Addison is an absolute Blessing to my mother and to me as well. Theresa gives me updates, reassurance, and information about my mom that allows me to be content with the decision to have moved her to Orchard Heights. She goes out of her way to make sure that my mom eats dinner. She keeps me updated on my mom’s progress, activities, and habits. She is so incredibly personable, and knowledgeable and very-obviously caring and compassionate. I appreciate her very much.
Orchard Heights is a wonderful place for my mother. Other staff members that I have come to know and appreciate as well, are Tammy Jo, Tracy, and Cynthia at the front desk. Each of these wonderful women have helped and advised me along the way and I enjoy seeing them when I visit, which is quite often.
Thank you for providing such wonderful care and for hiring these incredible individuals.

About Memory Care
Memory care is a specialized form of senior care designed to support individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other forms of memory loss. It provides a secure, structured environment with trained caregivers, personalized care plans, and engaging daily routines that promote safety, familiarity, and emotional well-being. Memory care communities focus on preserving dignity, reducing confusion, and helping residents maintain the highest possible quality of life, within a secure, welcoming environment. Residents benefit from structured daily routines and engaging activities that promote familiarity, comfort, and emotional well-being.
Signs that memory care may be the right next step include increased confusion, wandering, difficulty managing daily routines, or safety concerns at home. Memory care provides the added structure, supervision, and specialized support needed to keep your loved one safe and comfortable while giving families peace of mind. Our team is here to help you assess these changes and understand your options.
Daily life in memory care is centered around comfort, familiarity, and meaningful engagement. Residents follow structured routines designed to reduce anxiety, participate in purposeful activities that support cognitive function, and receive compassionate care in a secure, home-like environment. Each day is designed to promote connection and quality of life.
At Orchard Heights, our Memory Care program provides specialized support for individuals living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other cognitive impairments. It offers a higher level of structure, security, and trained staff attention than traditional Assisted Living, ensuring each resident’s comfort, safety, and peace of mind.
