Orchard Heights is pleased to announce the appointment of Kashia Brosius as the community’s new Admissions Director. Kashia brings with her more than 20 years of expertise in the senior living industry, with a deep background in admissions, marketing, and resident engagement across Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Sub-acute Rehabilitation settings.
Kashia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication from University at Buffalo and a Master of Business Administration from Medaille College. Her professional journey includes impactful roles at Peregrine’s Landing and Absolut Care, where she consistently demonstrated the ability to increase and maintain high occupancy rates through strategic outreach and strong family partnerships.
Throughout her career, Kashia has been known for her compassionate, collaborative approach, helping older adults and their families navigate care options with confidence and clarity. Her depth of industry knowledge, paired with her strong communication and relationship-building skills, make her a perfect fit for Orchard Heights’ mission of delivering exceptional care in a welcoming, supportive environment.
